Recently, the materials technology department of Aluda collaborated with a fluid control component manufacturer to complete the project verification of replacing the fluorosilicone rubber of a certain foreign brand with Aluda's high-rebound fluorosilicone (ALUDA FVMQ) for the valve core of the one-way valve. 

I. Project Background 

This one-way valve has been using foreign brand fluorosilicone materials for a long time, which has led to problems such as long supply chain and fluctuating costs. The customer has requested to find a domestic alternative solution with equivalent performance and faster response, while maintaining the original assembly process. 

II. Alternative Solutions and Testing Methods 

Alternative material: Aluda High Resilience Fluorosilicone (ALUDA FVMQ), customized hardness and resilience rate formula 

Reference material: A certain brand of fluorosilicone rubber from Dow Chemical of the United States 

Test basis: The technical agreement mutually agreed upon by both parties, and in accordance with the dynamic test standards for one-way valves in the industry. 

Test conditions: Impact frequency 250 times per minute, stroke 2 to 3 mm, continuous testing for 8 hours per day 

Core test items: Frequency of opening and closing fatigue, condition of sealing surfaces, and damage status of components 

III. Verification Results (Based on Customer Test Report) 

Under the same testing conditions: 

Total opening and closing times: 16,480,000 times 

Valve core condition: Sealing surface is intact, engraved surface has slight wear, and the umbrella handle area shows no cracks. 

Conclusion: The one-way valve shows no obvious damage during the opening and closing process. 

IV. Project Status and Conclusion 

Current status: This alternative solution has passed the internal technical review of the client and completed the verification of the opening and closing fatigue test. 

Conclusion: The Aludra high resilience fluorosilicone in this one-way valve application passed a 16.48 million cycle opening and closing fatigue test. It can be regarded as a reliable alternative to the fluorosilicone of this foreign brand.
